QUYCOMPLY

Isle of Man regulatory compliance, delivered in full. QUYCOMPLY brings the Island’s compliance rulebook — financial-services regulation, AML/CFT, GDPR and more — the specialists who know it, and the QUYLEX platform to run it, so firms can evidence every obligation with confidence.

Built for Isle of Man regulated firms.

QUYCOMPLY works with firms regulated by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority — across the full scope of their obligations, not one corner of it. Trust and corporate service providers, banks, e-money and payments firms, funds and investment businesses, designated businesses, and the professional firms around them. Whatever the licence, the obligation is the same: not just to comply, but to demonstrate compliance, on request, with evidence.

AML/CFT is where the pressure is sharpest right now. MONEYVAL’s sixth-round evaluation of the Island in October 2026 is an onsite assessment against the FATF Recommendations, with assessors interviewing firms directly — and the bar is materially higher than the 2016 round. But AML/CFT is one strand of the job. QUYCOMPLY covers the whole of it: the AML/CFT Code 2019, the Financial Services (Regulation of Business) Act 2016, GDPR, and the wider FSA requirements a firm has to stand behind.

And that coverage keeps widening. FSA-regulated firms are the focus today; support for Gambling Supervision Commission licensees follows. Because data protection reaches beyond the regulated perimeter, QUYCOMPLY’s GDPR capability serves any organisation subject to it — so even firms outside FSA scope can benefit from the same rigour.

What QUYCOMPLY brings to the table.

The Isle of Man regulatory blueprints

QUYCOMPLY provisions a suite of structured blueprints, each covering a distinct body of obligations and each deployable on its own or together. The AML/CFT blueprint maps the Code 2019 and the Financial Services (Regulation of Business) Act 2016 in full — 1,281 individual rules, contextualised to firm type so a client sees exactly what applies to them rather than every rule in the book: business risk assessments, customer risk assessments, policies and procedures, transaction monitoring, the duties that must be not just met but evidenced. A separate GDPR blueprint covers data-protection obligations, and further blueprints extend across the wider FSA rulebook. A firm can take the one it needs now and add others as its obligations grow. Keeping each current, as the rules move, is QUYCOMPLY’s standing commitment.

Implementation and set-up

QUYCOMPLY stands the platform up for each firm — scoping the obligations that apply, configuring the compliance framework around them, and getting the firm operational quickly rather than through a lengthy implementation programme. Clients start from a framework already shaped to Isle of Man requirements, not a blank system.

MLRO and ongoing support

Compliance is not a one-off exercise, and neither is QUYCOMPLY’s role. Beyond go-live, the team supports MLROs and compliance officers with the practical work of keeping a framework demonstrably applied — SAR registers, periodic review schedules, board-ready reporting, and readiness for an FSA thematic inspection or a MONEYVAL assessor interview. When the file is reviewed, the evidence is already in order.

  • Powered by QUYLEX

Delivered on Quywater Partners' platform — the operating system that carries the rules, the evidence, and the reporting.

Practitioners, not observers.

QUYCOMPLY is led by people who have operated inside Isle of Man financial services, e-money, and digital-asset businesses — who have run compliance functions, answered to regulators, and built the evidence that stands up under scrutiny. The blueprint and the service around it come from that lived experience, not from reading the rules at a distance.
